Workflow

simplewebshop will take the following steps when creating a website for our client:

  1. Confirm the details of the request from the client. (The purpose, schedule, target, budget, etc.)
  2. Confirm existing materials that the client can provide. (Text, photos and graphics, etc. that are needed for creating website content)
  3. Submit our estimates of time and cost based on the above items 1 and 2. Submitted estimate needs to be approved by the client before any work begins
  4. Secure necessary materials
  5. Create basic designs that needs to be approved by the client
  6. Insert client materials, such as texts, graphics and photos into the design
  7. Submit the final design and contents to the client for approval
  8. Test the website to make sure it is functioning without a bug
  9. Upload the completed files to the server to complete the project

simplewebshop will explain this process clearly to its clients, who may not be necessarily familiar with website design or IT technology in general. It is important that we are on the same page about what is needed, how long it takes to get the job done, and how much it costs, before starting the project.
